The best!Posted on Sally FrancisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nothing bad to say, only good. Fantastic team who supply great knowledge and support. Highly recommended.Posted on P. C.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went in for an eye test and to have new lenses put into my current frames. The services was second to none, the eye exam lasted almost 2 hours and had tests that I had never seen or heard of before. Yes it does cost more than a high street exam but having tried all the high street providers it is way beyond what they offer. Lenses wise I went for Rodenstock biometric lenses, again so beyond what i have ever gotten from a high street chain and won't look back. Not cheap but the service and the quality you recieve makes it incredibly good value and I will be returning as to my wife.Posted on Jane GreenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I lost my driving glasses, and using my existing prescription, Dolphins had an emergency replacement pair ready the following afternoon! Amazing service.
we’re here to Answer all your questions
Visiting the opticians can feel daunting, especially if you’re unfamiliar with terms like myopia, astigmatism, or the differences between glasses and contact lenses. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when asked about your prescription, lens preferences, or eye health history.
However, understanding your vision doesn’t have to be complicated—opticians are there to guide you, answer your questions, and help you find the best solutions for clear, comfortable sight.
What is myopia?
Myopia, or short-sightedness, means distant objects appear blurry while close-up vision remains clear.
How do I know if I need glasses?
If you struggle to see clearly at a distance, experience frequent headaches, or find yourself squinting, an eye test can confirm whether you need glasses.
Are contact lenses better than glasses?
It depends on personal preference. Contacts offer a wider field of vision, while glasses are easier to maintain and can be a stylish accessory.
How often should I get an eye test?
Most adults should have an eye test every two years, but if you notice vision changes, book an appointment sooner.
